Hi Expert,

We want to implement barge-in feature for all prompt, but during our testing we found for those prompts in Announcement nodes they cannot be interrupted if there is no Menu or PromptAndCollect node followed in the callflow.
For example:
Prompts can interrupt:
Announcement->Menu
Announcement->PromptAndCollect
For above flow, it's working fine, we can set prompt barge-in as true or false.

Prompts cannot interrupt:
Announcement->Transfer
Announcement->Disconnect
For this cases, even we set prompt barge-in as true, it will not work as expected.
So how to interrupt prompts on this cases, any idea?

That's how barge-in in the prompt supposed to work. If you want to barge-in or cancel the transfer, you have to add a grammar under the transfer. When the caller enter a DTMF or speech input that matches the grammar, the transfer will be canceled before the call is transferred.
