We have setup the WTI service on the AES (I think). It says that it is online but when I go to the http://aes-fqdn/api/session and I get the following. Can anyone suggest what I am missing?

503 Service Unavailable

Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your
request due to maintenance downtime or capacity
problems. Please try again later.

Make sure the WTI service is in the "Running" state. Use the AES web interface, menu Maintenance -> Service Controller. If WTI is stopped, start it. If it is "Ready" (I think), restart it.
