We have a platform with three different servers: EPM, MPP1 and MPP2, and when we include a event handler file in the Avaya Aura Experience Portal, the new files doesn't appear in the "/opt/Avaya/ExperiencePortal/MPP/web/handlers/" directory of the EPM neither MPP's. In other platforms where the EPM, and MPP's are in the same physical server we have no such problem. Also when the application fail, it doesn't use even the default event handler file wich it's located in the "/opt/Avaya/ExperiencePortal/MPP/web/handlers/default_handlers" directory. We are wondering in which server is looking for it, for the case of it's looking in the wrong one. Could we define the server where it have to look for the event handler file?

I forgot to mention that in the "/opt/Avaya/ExperiencePortal/MPP/web/handlers/" directory of the EPM we can't create any file. When we create a file it's inmediatly remove from this directory. Could it be related?
