In ccmm_sdk.pdf on page 2 it is stated, that the SDK supports "Transfer contacts to Agents/Skillsets".

But in the ccmm_help.chm this feature is not described anymore.

The question is: Is it supported by the SDK or not and if "yes", how? There's no description available.

I haven't seen any Tech Support tickets come in to DevConnect on this issue but we're investigating it anyway.

We're currently reviewing all the CCMM Webservices Documentation so that all the information is consistent and upto date.

If the member needs more documentation on this WebServices - please ask them to raise a ticket.
