Subject: [SMS] OSSI error Transient data conflict detected

Hi,

When I remove a station sometimes I have the following error :
"The request returned an error (result_code == 1), Reason : 1 00000000 21cf Transient data conflict detected, please try again"
And after I retry and it's good !
An idea why ?

That is an error coming from Communication Manager. This is not an SMS issue. What version do you have? It sounds like something else is being done on the switch associated with that station at the time you try to remove it. You would need to open a ticket with Avaya Client Services for them to do some troubleshooting on your CM to find the root cause.
