Current client env - overview:
1) Avaya IR4
2) Separate windows 2003 server with Ms Sql 2000/2005 (db server)
3) Configured JDBC connection to link up the IR4 and the db server

Question:
Can the DB server be changed/resetup as a virtual machine?
Does the virtual machine setup still support the jdbc connection?

As long as you can reach the DB, then it should work.
