Team,

1. How to detect the Voice mail, while using the CTI Nodes of Dialog Designer application to reach a number? Because during testing we found that estabilished has been returned.

Is there any other property/methods of Dial State Response available to check/detect the Voice mail with the CTI Calls?(As we get the state as in CCXML call progress analysis )

2. Also how to detect the FAX while dialing using CTI nodes?(As we get the state as in CCXML call progress analysis )

CTI in DD is not able to detect fax/vmail.
