I have an if statement that uses the Time:Audio variable to calculate if the call center is open. What is happening is that in the middle of the day, it is calculating as closed and going down the wrong leg. I have all logging off. This application has been in production for about a year. I suspect that the time:Audio variable is wrong. How do I trouble shoot that? I checked the time on teh MPP's, they are correct. The call center operational hours is from a database read and that is not failing.
