I was told by a CCE tech that AES is loosing connection wtih the CCE XML Server. Where would i start troubleshooting this from an AES side? Can I see in any AES logs if the network is failing?

CCE uses JTAPI or TSAPI (I don't know which - I think JTAPI -- and from AE Services perspective it does not matter, both come in as TSAPI requests). Thus you need to enable TSAPI tracing. There is a FAQ that describes how to do this (link to the FAQs are to your left on this page). The interesting log to look at would be the CSTA trace to see 'how' it is reacting to the stream failure. You may also find relevant information in the /opt/mvap/logs/log.YYYYMMDD file.
