I'm using DMCC dashboard for testing purposes, Protocol Version 6.2. I get the contents of display for call alerting etc. but when I press the UUI-Info the DisplayUpdatedEvent returns an empty contentsOfDisplay. The UUI information is displayed correctly on the physical phone. Any ideas?

I tested this in my lab using AE Services 6.3 and Communication Manager 6.0 and 6.3. I was unable to reproduce your problem.

You should make sure that your AE Services and Communication manager software is up to date.

Other than that, I can only suggest that you enable the DMCC traces on the AE Services. You can then check whether or not the display update is coming from the Communication Manager. You can get information on this in the Devconnect FAQ "How can I monitor the XML being sent and received by the AE Services Server (debug, log, trace)?". It's under the Application Enablement Services -> DMCC -> Other section.
