I am just starting and I was going thru the sample codes and the training and I can't figure out how am I soppose to get the extension. If I need to monotor all the active devices on the CM?
In all the examples the user entres the extension. Is there a way to get a list of configured extensions from the PBX

Look into the System Management Services API.. it is another AES API thtat allows programatic access to the System Access Terminal and the information accessable through that interface. This is a subset of everything on the SAT, but it does include 'list station' capability. Download the SMS SDK from the devconnect AES page, and read the usage.doc file contained in it or access the Web Services programmers guide to learn about the API.
