Hi,
Please let me know how we can achieve SSO with OneX Desktop phone.
The agent should automatically get logged-in to OneX based upon the Windows credential upon Windows login.

This is not something achievable using AACC.
CCT single sign on logs the agent in to his skillset profile in AACC.
