Dialog Designer 4.0.8.2 is now available for update. This is service pack release to Dialog Designer 4.0.7.3 and contains multiple bug fixes and enhancements. It is recommended that all 4.0.7 users update their environment to this version to take advantage of the fixes. This service pack release includes all updates that have been delivered as hot fixes.

NOTE: The Update page lists separate features for Dialog Designer and Dialog Designer CCXML separately. You should select both for the update. You may see an error message if you click on the "Dialog Designer Call Control (CCXML) 4.0.8" checkbox. This can be ignored and is an internal Eclipse error. If the Next button is disabled, uncheck this feature and check the parent item, "Dialog Designer CCXML 4.0" instead.
NOTE 2: Dialog Designer 4.0.8 includes an updated library for Voice Portal reporting which fixes the issue that prevents DD 4.0 applications from reporting to VP 3.x. When you upgrade to DD 4.0.8, you must deploy the updated runtime support files, which will include the VP reporting library. To create the runtime support files, export a DD application and select the option "Create the runtime support zip file for deployment". This will generate a zip file that contains the required runtime files that need to be installed on the application server. Refer to the DD documentation for more information about generating the runtime support zip file and installation on an application server.
