Dialog Designer 3.0.20 has been released.  

You can use the built-in Eclipse Install/Update mechanism to update your system to 3.0.20.

Just installed the 3.0.20 release and opened the readme to see what was changed and the readme still shows 3.0.18

Yes, that read me file is primarily for notifying changes that require manual updates to projects.  There have been none since release 18, but we still open that window in case some one is updating from a previous release (ie. 16->20).  

To confirm the version, look at Help->About Eclipse and click on the Dialog Designer feature.

To look at the content changes in 3.0.20, you should look at the release notes with the software:

FYI the only changes that went into build 20:
RND0100003589 - prompt levels don''t work-event handlers w/ throw
RND0100003670 - error.semantic on blind transfer

Any word as to when there will be a link for 3.0.20 on DevConnect?  I am unable to use the Eclipse Software Update, so the only way I can get the latest version is by manually downloading it.
