What would cause and AIR 1.3.1 to not recognize DTMF choices in a DD application? Whenever I enter a DTMF choice I get the following message. Along with the "I''m sorry, a serious error occurred, exiting" prompt

According to the Voice Browser folks

"Looks likeV XI has sent a (proxy) request to IR to get a recognition resource and the request failed.

It is not clear why the request has failed. My guess is that the request was for a recognizer that has not been configured."

Why would a recognizer be requested when a menu item is being executed with DTMF choices? Very strange.

I am not sure why that would be.  You would need ot check with IR support on that.
