You can make use of "javax.telephony.callcenter.capabilities Interface ACDAddressCapabilities" to monitor the ACD/HuntGorup.This interface includes various methods like getLoggedOnAgents(),getNumberQueued() etc. which provide information about the ACD/Hunt Group. For more information you can refer to
"AE Services JTAPI Programmer's Reference Release 4.2 "available on DevConnect site.
Also you need to refer to below FAQ on DevConnect site which gives information about settings to be done AE Services server to monitor an ACD/Hunt Group or VDN.

Why does the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) example fail with this error:
