Is it possible to control CWC (call work code) via DMCC ?
For example dmcc “press” particular buttons in particular sequencem during call. I know that dmcc can’t control everything on the terminal (some function buttons) but maybe there is a solution ? Set CWC under the button which is controllable by dmcc ? or something else ?

I need any API for CWC (not necessarily dmcc)
From my information:
- tsapi/jtapi can’t control this directly.
- CMS don’t have any Api or WebService.

You can configure the phone with a "work-code" button. The DMCC application can then press this button, followed by the code.
