Subject: How to get VDN of menu prompt

Here's my scenario
1. Client calls 800 number which is associated with the originating VDN
2. After responding to menu prompts, the call is routed to an agent. Each prompt is associated with a different VDN

Is there a way ,via JTAPI, to get the VDN associated with the menu prompt from where the call was routed? I can only get the originating VDN.

You can get the distributing VDN using LucentV7CallInfo.getDistributingVDNAddress(). In order for this field to be populated, both the VDN and the agent station must be monitored.
