Hi,
Can you please help me to get agent's skillset information through CCT? If it is not possible through CCT, can you please guide me which API can be used for this purpose. I want to get skillsets assigned to an agent and any subsequent change.

The simplest way to get this information would be to use the CCMA web services.

You can retrieve the skillset from the intrinsics colllection on the contact.

Hello,
Yes the Skillset Name may be available as an Intrinsics.
However, this is not guaranteed and depends on a number of factors.
- This behavior can differ between an AML and SIP PBX install
- At what point during the call lifecycle you ask for the Intrinsic is important
Also note that Intrinsics are KVP so you will need to 'look' though the list to find if the SKillset Name is present.
