Hello everyone.

I am currently developing an to app at the company where I work at. I am capable to connect our Avaya server. Nonetheless, the terminal names, instead of being displayed in a combo box as 4020002, it appears as DefaultName_CCMM_4020002. The same happens with the addresses.

Does anyone have any hint? Please let me know if you could shed some light.

That looks like a multimedia provider terminal.
If you read up on IAgent.Login in the documentation included in the SDK.
