Hi,

When AES goes down momentarily , IVR app does not connect to the AES server thereafter (for cti) unless the IVR tomcat server is restarted.Is there a configuration or any patch for the cticonnector war file that will restore the connection once AES is back up ?

I am on DD5.1. I don't have the cti logs as the logs are disabled for space reasons.

It should reconnect. Can you reproduce it with logs enabled? You can also configure a backup to another AES server that will take over when the first one is down.
