Hi

I am trying to connect Avaya phones, but getting Bad router on the phones which were previously connected to different station.
Tried resetting all the settings, but still not working. Any ideas?

The router address should be the default gateway for that subnet, is that what you are entering in the IP address settings?

Are you connecting with DHCP or manually?, review the parameters setted in the phone with the CRAFT menu.
