Hey all,

I have been doing a lot of research - mostly fiddling - with attempting to make an outbound call. For the longest time I thought that MakeCall would be my method, however I have never been able to successfully call anything other than another Avaya object using MakeCall. What I'm actually doing is physically setting the phone off-hook, and dialing the numbers one-by-one in order to accomplish a call.

Does MakeCall have this same functionality? It seems if it can't find the object you're dialing on the Avaya system it fails - and I'm not sure how to call a phone number.

I was successful by making the calledDirectoryNumber the following:
<buttons to hit on the phone, including the dial-out code>:<switch>::0

It also works without the switch...
