Is there some sort of table that explains which DMCC API Method uses which license?

I guess for this request in-particular, my call flow is:
1) Connect to AES
2) Get physical device information
3) StartMonitor (DeliveredEvent) on physical device
4) react when DeliveredEvent fires...

I am not getting a device, or registering a terminal, just monitoring a phone.

The DMCC Programmers Guides do indicate what operations require which licenses. However, it can be a bit difficult to decipher. There are also some DMCC FAQs on this website that cover licensing.

As for your question, you will require a TSAPI Basic license for each station that you monitor for Call Control events.

As you do not register any terminal, you will not need any DMCC licenses.
