Hi

Is there a way to retrieve call-id from UCID?
When a consultation call happens, avaya creates a new call and also returns UCID with the events.
Is it possible to retrieve the new call-id by using UCID?

When a call originates on the Communication Manager, the Call ID is used to make up the UCID. However, once a transfer or conference takes place, the Call ID and UCID may diverge. So, the answer is no.

You can get more information on UCID and Call ID behavior for conferences & transfers in the Product FAQ "Can you explain the behavior of how CallIDs and UCIDs merge in conference and transfer scenarios?". You will find it on the Devconnect website in the "FAQ: AE Services General" section. This should show you how to get the Call ID for the call after a conference or transfer.
