unfortunately we haven't been able to find any infos on hour issue:

with TSAPI(6.3) we open a stream to our AES (6.2) and after the stream sucessfully opened i ask the AES for the APICaps.

This works perfectly but the APICaps state thate workready and worknotready event are not available.

We didn't find anything in the AES configuration to enable it. How can the

Go to the TSAPI General section of the FAQ's. Look for the FAQ "How can an application get agent state change events using TSAPI?".

Within the TSAPI SDKs, the following union members have been removed from the definition of ATTEvent_t in header file attpriv.h:

Support for the services associated with these union members was removed in AE Services 6.1.
