I need to write to an SQL table directly from CCXML. I can not call a VXML dialog at this point because the call has already failed (BUSY, RNA, etc( and no longer has a valid connection id with which to start a new dialog. Does anyone have any examples demonstrating a call to a web service from within CCXML. Is there another way of accomplishing this that anyone knows of?
