Can i issue a make predictive call request to AES 5.2 with any 6.x DMCC Java SDK libraries just for testing purposes? If yes, how.
I tried in various ways but to no avail.
Please let me know if its even possible.

It is possible to makePredictiveCall using a 6.x version of the DMCC SDK and AE Services 5.2. I have just checked this in my lab and it worked. I tested it using the DMCC dashboard:

1. StartApplicationSession with Protocol Version 5.2 (http://www.ecma-international.org/standards/ecma-323/csta/ed3/priv4).
2. MakePredictiveCall from a local VDN to a remote phone number.

This caused the remote phone to ring. I did not answer the call as I am not in the lab so cannot pick up the handset.

Yes, It works with DMCC dashboard but my query was on application using DMCC Java SDK. I also need to monitor the call further which is not possible with DMCC dashboard.

I wold not expect you to have any problem using the JAVA SDK.

I think you will have a problem monitoring the call as you would need to use monitorCallViaDevice which is not available in 5.2.

It doesn't work with Java SDK.
So, I am concluding I cannot test Make Predictive Call with AES 5.2.
Need to upgrade soon :(
