Subject: technical difference between blind_transfer_node versus AEC Connector blind_transfer_node.

We have few blind ,bridge,consult transfer nodes in OD pane and also when we include AES connector we get same set of nodes under AES palette.

Dialling transfer VDN and passing IVR call attached data can be accomplished by both. Then why do we have two versions and what is the difference and when to use what?

AES Connector talks directly to the AES. The default transfers use the platform and VXML to send the call indirectly from the app. The AES gives you more control and is easier to pass UUI data, but requires you to setup and configure an AES server.
