Hi,

is there any way to call a web service from script?

I have a simple call flow

Incoming call --> Prompt&Collect Customer ID --> call http://my.crm?custID=[collected digits] --> queue call to agent & with priority returned by web service.

Can I do that?

Hi John,

thanks for your response. I already use that to query a database which returns me the agente and the priority.

Now my customer is moving to a CRM so I cannot query a DB but I have to call a WSDL. What is not clear to me is how I can "import" that custom WSDL into DIW.

It seems to me I can use only WSDL in the CCMS.
