Hi,

I want to configure a strategy where call reties if it is not answered.
I have added Result node and added a retry from the left-hand panel. Set Value to No Answer and set the Next State field to done.
In the Retry node, I have set the following:
Count: 5 ;
Interval (Sec): 15; Fail State: initial

But on no answer, the call is not made again.
Am i doing something wrong? Or do I need to do something additional

Do I need to restart POM every time I make a change in a campaign strategy? Running the campaign via campaign manager should suffice right?
