Hi Team,

How to create and configure in CMS a loop on the call center monitors showing a rotation of each group of queues as real time monitoring

Lets say if I have configured 6 queues in CMS, first two queues should come first and display the real time monitoring result for 5 seconds and then comes the second set of two queues and after 5 seconds comes the final set of two queues statistics.

Is this possible to configure with CMS Supervisor access and fetch this report? Please advise !!!
