When a call comes to a shared line from a number which is outside the organisation ( say a mobile or an external landline), the JTAPI does not send TermConnPassive and TermConnBridged events. Due to this, I am unable to join call from the terminal through the application.

However, if a call comes from an another Avaya extension, the shared party receives both the events.

Has anyone come across this?
