Is it possible with POM R3.0.1 to send an e-mail campaign with attached files with a specific customer info , like a bill or a collection notification? This could be a pdf file?

According to the manual, I could find that:

Email channel
POM leverages capabilities provided by Experience Portal to send/receive e-mail messages in a campaign Use this notification channel to send email messages using the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). SMTP supports only text in emails and multiple attachments.

Question:
It is possible to attach a file, but is not clear if it needs to be same for all customers , or if it could be a specific attach for each customer.
