Hi,

We are getting below error while fetching or inserting the records in to the database table.

com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Lock request time out period exceeded.

The database is SQL Server 2008.
DD Version : 5.1.0.1702
Voice Portal : 5.1.0.1

Can any one please teell me what could be the reason.
