Subject: ACCS Configuration API. How to get configured CDN/Route Point information?

hi,

I'm trying to figure out the best option to programmatically get Agents, Supervisors, Skills and CDNs that are configured on the ACCS server . It looks like the CCMA SOAP interface gives me everything except CDN information.

Any suggestions on how to get configured CDN information?

Hello,
The CCMA SOAP interfaces are not supported in the current release of ACCS.
Depending on ACCS configuration (CCT mapping of resources to credentials) some agent and CDN information would be available using the CCT client interface.
