Hi Team,

I have one customer planning to use CCT SDK and the AACC Sip recording mechanism to record the calls using in house developed recorder, What is the Licenses required on AACC for the recording to connect correctly??

Hello,
The required WSDL files necessary to implement (develop) AACC CCT SIP recording are only available to developers who are signed up to DevConnect as Support Enabled or Technology Partner members.
There is an AACC license entry of type 'Call Recording' required.
