it has problem JTAPI program is not monitor CTI message when CM upgraded from 5.2 to 6.3.3.
What is dif CTI msg when monitor between CM 5.2 and CM 6.3.3 with AES 6.3.1

Note: AES 6.3.1 used both version properly.

Are you using Observers or Listeners? It is recommended that you use Listeners as observers have been deprecated. When you try to add a listener to an address what exception is thrown? If you have log files you can open a DevConnect Technical support ticket and submit your log files. If you are at one of our upgraded membership levels we can take a closer look. But, in general I would find out what exception is being thrown when adding a listener. Then you should use the TSAPI for Communication Manager programmers guide to look up the error. That guide has the most comprehensive explanations for exceptions.

Also, the TSAPI logs would be the best logs to collect for this issue. Look at our product FAQ's, and the first one listed under TSAPI General explains how to turn on and collect the log files.
