Hi,

Trying set agent state with 2 digit reson code. But having error. Error code is 179 InvalidAgentState.
(Agent was AutoIn and Sate was Raedy before i send SetAgentState command.) (All scenarios are work nice with 1 digit reasoncode)

We made 2 digit reson codes enabled on CM and restarted everything(even my pc :) ). But still getti,ng same error.

What should be done to use 2 digit reason codes.

Did you make the change on to enable two digit reason codes on the CTI link form AND in 'ch system-parameters features' (page 14)? Are you changing state to Aux Work?
