Does AACC support TLS/HTTPS connections for the CCT web service invocation? The document here - https://www.devconnectprogram.com/site/global/products_resources/avaya_aura_contact_center/interfaces/cct_open_interfaces/overview/index.gsp#soap has the following statement -

The Web services can optionally be configured to use TLS

However, in the "avaya-aura-contact-center-sip-call-recording-interface-specification-1_3" document states the following -

Ensure that TLS is disabled as this is currently not supported by Call Recorder

Which of these is correct?

On top of that I've not found any statement in regard to SIP over TLS or SRTP for the media, are either of these supported for AACC SIP recording?

Thanks.

Hello,
Both TLS/HTTP and SRTP are now supported by AACC and the CCT SOA call recording interface.
Note, as per a previous forum query, additional WDLS files are required to use the CCT SOA call recording interface.
These are only available to DevConnect members (either Support Enabled or Technology Partners).
Thank you
John
