Hi,
We have an Avaya contact centre select which we would like to use the RTD SDK (version aacc-6_4-rtd-sdk-i2) but we cannot seem to get any data through.
If we connect the SDK to the loopback IP (127.0.0.1) of the ACCS server we get data back but if we try to connect to the corporate IP Address of the ACCS on the customer network then we get the error 'Compression was on - data uncompressed successfully' but we get no data shown in the SDK..

Has anybody run into this before and how do we get around it?

Hello,
Which client OS do you have the RTD sample running on?
Does it work if you turn compression off on the server?

Hi,
Thanks for you response.
I have it installed on the ACCS server itself, I have also tried it on the standby ACCS server but the results are the same.

If compression is turned off we just see no data coming through.

Hello,
The sample is not designed to be run on the server itself.
I recommend you try installing the sample on a client machine and connect to the server that way.
