Our setup has the caller hitting the IVR on <trunk 1> being placed on hold while the IVR grabs <trunk 2> and places an outbound call. Upon answer of the outbound call, the two trunks are merged and the IVR drops out. We need a contiguous recording from the beginning of the call (trunk 1) through the end of the call (merged trunks). How will the ACR (Impact 360) know to "stitch" these two segments together under one CallID? In other words, how can the iNum from each segment recording be matched?
