I have to associate every User I want to process with my Service with my Service Profile. Is it possible to have all Users by default in my ServiceProfile, or do I have to specifiy the Service Profile manually for all exisiting and future Users?

What version of EDP are you using? If you can upgrade your System Manager to 7.0 (can leave SM/CM at their current version) and upgrade EDP 3.0 to 3.1, you can use our new "Implicit User" support for service profile provisioning. Using that capability, you can assign service profiles to number patterns rather than having to explicitly assign them to every user. If they're H.323 users, you wouldn't even have to create a user in SMGR if you didn't already have them for other reasons.

Both of these upgrades would be free of charge.
