From system out log we found it try to write ddconfig.xml(Permission is read only) file every 1 hours .
Anyone please suggest why system try this activity every hours.

What do you have running? Do you have the runtime configuration servlet running in any of your browsers?

Did you manually make any permission changes to that file or is it open and locked somewhere?

Yes ,runtimeconfig is running on it. and we set permission for ddconfig.xml to read only after we done configuration.

I don't know particularly what is writing to it, but you should set the permissions to writable while it is running.
