We were testing an app that plays customer info back and it works fine untill it hits 30 mins. So if you are in the IVR for 30 mins we get below error. Does anyone know what would cause this, I got the errors from Log viewer

Can you post the app log? When you say you are in the IVR for 30 mins, does the call last that long? 30 minutes is an interesting time because by default 30 mins is the time Tomcat will kill any sessions that are deemed lost. Is it possible your session is terminating?
