Is anyone able to shed some light on if it's possible to use system values as variables in the 'Custom Welcome Messages' for web chat?

I'm using the provided webchat SDK version 6.4.2 with AACC 6.4. Something like the following:

"Hello [Customer Name], my name is [Agent First Agent Last], you can reference me by my agent ID: [Login ID]".

The above is not verbatim the desired result, more so an example to highlight what it is I'm trying to achieve.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
