Hi,
I need assistance on the following. a Client send an email into the contact centre, We call a Web service when email is receive, to create a Salesforce Reference number, Once Salesforce Reference number is created, we add the reference number to the auto reply back to client.
Problem is how do you add the same reference number as auto reply to the email subject line before it is presented to the Agent.
We managed to create custom intrinsic that shows in AAAD intrinsic the Case Number.
