Hi,

I am facing two seconds delay during the call start. It is due to Refreshing License.Kindly answer my below questions.

1.What was the time interval between license getting refreshed?
2.Why there is a two seconds delay in this process?
3.Is there a way to increase the refreshing time?

You neglected to state what version of OD you are on. That will affect any reply.

2) That is due to your environment. I am not sure why the WebLM server is slow to respond. You would have to ask that team. IT could be network related.

3) No you can not change the refresh interval time but you can alter the timeout when checking the license. In the ddrt.properties you can add

licensechecktimeout=<timeout in seconds>

for example

licensechecktimeout=1

In 7.0 and onward this value is set using the runtimeconfig web application and not the ddrt.properties. It the refresh fails you still have a 30 day grace period.

ddrt.properties, in the 6.x line of code this was added as a patch and for 7.x added properly to the runtimeconfig.

It was available as a patch on 6.0.0.1103 and then included in the 6.0.0.1301 release (service pack 3).
