Hi All,
I'm experiencing this weird technical difficulty whenever I press "1" it will be going to another subflow, it will first direct to a Prompt and Collect, but I always experience technical difficulty.
I tried route the connection to a announcement inside that subflow and it worked fine. How can I fix this? Is this a bug?

Do you have any more info to share? What versions of software you are using any trace.logs etc?

I create another subflow with the same items inside the problematic subflow.
Issue has been solved.
