Hi,

We have ACCS agent which related to sip 3rd party extenstion. when we trying to make outbound call using AAD or RefClient we see that it makes inbound call instaed of outbound call, in sip URI we can see instead of pbx ip address the station ip address. When we login same agent with for example Communicator for Windows (instaed of sip 3rd party) the outbound call works fine. Any Idea why it's happen ?
